蛇毒神经生长因子对大鼠脊髓损伤后Caspase-3表达影响

摘    要:目的 探讨大鼠脊髓损伤后应用蛇毒神经生长因子对Caspase-3表达的影响.方法 将55只成年SD雄性大鼠随机分为蛇毒神经生长因子组(A组)、生理盐水组(B组)、假手术组(C组),按改良Allen打击法建立大鼠脊髓不完全损伤模型,通过动物神经运动功能BBB评分评价神经损伤程度及神经功能恢复情况;脊髓损伤后不同时间点(6 h、1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d)取材,HE染色观察损伤脊髓组织病理变化,免疫组化染色检测Caspase-3阳性细胞的表达,来比较分析两组的差异性.结果 HE染色镜检发现脊髓组织病理学改变A组明显轻于B组;BBB评分A组相对B明显提高,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05).A组和B组均发现凋亡细胞及Caspase-3表达,神经细胞凋亡指数及Caspase-3表达均为B组〉A组(P〈0.05).结论蛇毒神经生长因子能抑制大鼠脊髓损伤后Caspase-3表达及细胞凋亡,能改善脊髓损伤后的功能表现.
