D-核糖生产菌的选育及发酵工艺的改进

摘    要:通过对菌株BX-2(Bacillus subtilis)的紫外诱变和硫酸二乙酯的诱变处理得到D-核糖高产菌株BY-5。36℃,pH6.8,250 r.m in-1条件下培养72 h,其D-核糖产量从开始的55.0 g.L-1提高到68.0 g.L-1。蔗糖和葡萄糖的混合碳源发酵,D-核糖产量达到75 g.L-1。当D-葡萄糖被蔗糖部分替代后,D-核糖生产能力得到了提高。

Abstract:The strain BX-2(Bacillus subtilis) was matagenized by ultraviolet light and DES,a high-D-ribose-producing strain(BY-5) was obtained.Cultivated for 72h under the condition of 36℃,pH6.8 and 250r·min~(-1),the D-ribose content of the BY-5 strain was as high as 68.0g·L~(-1) from the original 55.0g·L~(-1).Fermentation with mixed carbon sources of glucose and sucrose could make the yield of D-ribose as high as 75g·L~(-1).When D-glucose was quantitatively replaced by sucrose the D-ribose production was enhenced.
