| Abstract: | A DNA-joining activity associated with a murine retrovirus, the Friend murine leukemia virus (F-MuLV), has been identified. DNA-joining by the virus associated enzyme, as measured by the circularization of d(A-T)n, did not require the addition of ATP. The enzyme was partially purified by glycerol gradient centrifugation and its molecular weight was determined to be about 40 000. |
