摘    要:本文描述了我国疟疾媒介嗜人按蚊(Anopheles anthropophagus)的唾腺染色体图。此蚊的唾腺染色体由五个臂组成。第1号染色体为性染色体,又称X-染色体,是近端着丝粒,只有一个臂,它是各臂中最短的,此臂分为5个区;第2号染色体是中心着丝粒,左、右臂约等长,两臂共分为16个区;第3号染色体为亚中心着丝粒,右臂是各臂中最长的,左臂则是常染色体中最短的,两臂共分为18个区。

Abstract:A map of the salivary gland chromosomes of Anopheles anthropophagus is presented. The most important characteristics of each arms are described as follows:Chromosome 1 (X-chromosome) is telocentric, the shortest in five arms. Puff clearly seen in zones 2, 3, and 4.Chromosome 2 is metacentric, arms of similar length. 2R arm: The zone 6 weakly stained: a dark spot on the top of free end, a light puff in zone 10, followed by very thin abd long zone 11; three heavy bands and a segment space in 12C, a dark band in 14D, followed by weakly stained area connecting with centromere. 2L arm: 21A in the free end has a big puff resembling head-thorax of mosquito's larva. 19A, B is a small puff which stains weakly. 17D is a puff with three dark bands. A thick dark band occurs near the centromere in 15C.Chromosome 3 is submetacentric, arms of strikingly unequal length. 3R arm. It is the longest in 5 arms. 22A of the free end typically fan-shaped; a light puff in 25A; a thick dark band in 32B near the centromere. 3L arm: This arm is the shortest one of the autosomes. 39C near the free end is a segment light space. Two puff obviously seen in zone 36. Zone 35 stains weakly, but a series of clear light bands can be seen in it.
