| Abstract: | A class of two-locus two-allele viability matrices is exhibited which has the property that, for a large range of recombination values, both linkage equilibrium and linkage disequilibrium are stable. The model is specified by five viabilities; the classical schemes previously analyzed involve at most four selection parameters. |
