农杆菌介导的针叶树基因工程

摘    要:农杆菌介导的针叶树基因工程唐巍,郭仲琛,桂耀林(中国科学院植物研究所,北京100044)与传统的杂交育种相比,针叶树基因工程为在更短的时间内将具有特殊性状的基因引入有重要价值的森林树种提供了机会。基因工程在许多农作物中已获得成功.可是,这些方法在森林树种特别是在针叶树种中的应用,由于缺乏良好的转化方法和再生系统而受到严重限制。

Abstract:The accumulation of Wheat phytoalexins elicited by oligosaccharins from Gibberella zeae(Schw. )Petch mycelial walls was efficient in Wheat etiolated seediling. Wheat phytoalexins produced byoligosaccharins have shown inhibitory ability against Gibberella zeae(Schw. ) Petch. Ears and leaves of Wheat was treated by same oligosaccharins of different concentration. Finally, we present the results of determining on the bioactivity of oligosaccharins. Percentages of diseased ears of species Ning Mai 6 and Mian Yang 11 treated by 20 g/ml oligosaccharins have significantly decreased by 44. 9 and 26. 9 percent.Wheat were treated by oligosaccharins elicitor isolated from Wheat cell wall. The elicitors haveshown similar inhibitory ability. Oligosaccharins at a concentration of 20 g/ml significantly increasedthe ability of disease-resistant of Wheat. The defensive efficiency of Ning Mai 6, Yang Mai 6, ChuanYu 12 against Gibberella zeae(Schw. )Petch are 90. 1, 81. 0, and 88. 9 percent respectively. The accumulation of Wheat phytoalexins of resistant varieties are higher than susceptible ones.
