Abstract:
High concentrations of methylprednisolone added for prolonged periods in vitro to lymphocyte cell cultures inhibited allogeneic-cell-induced or phytohemagglutinin (PHA)-induced blastogenesis in contrast to lower concentrations which were inhibitory only if added before or within several hours of blastogenic induction.
