百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病改善患者微炎症状态、肾功能的回顾性研究

摘要 目的：回顾性分析百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者机体微炎症状态、肾功能的影响。方法：2021年1月~2022年9月，回顾性收集120例糖尿病肾病患者临床资料，根据治疗方法分为降糖降脂组（56例）和百令胶囊组（64例）。降糖降脂组采用二甲双胍片、瑞舒伐他汀钙片进行治疗，百令胶囊组在降糖降脂组的基础上采用百令胶囊进行治疗。比较两组治疗3个月后疗效及治疗前、治疗3个月后糖脂代谢指标、微炎症状态及肾功能。结果：百令胶囊组治疗3个月后总有效率高于降糖降脂组（P<0.05）。治疗3个月后两组血清空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、白介素-6（IL-6）、超敏-C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、血肌酐（SCr）、尿素氮（BUN）水平及24 h尿白蛋白（24 h UTP）、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）与治疗前比较，降低，百令胶囊组低于降糖降脂组（P<0.05）；两组血清白介素-10（IL-10）水平与治疗前比较，升高，百令胶囊组高于降糖降脂组（P<0.05）。结论：百令胶囊可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者糖脂代谢、肾功能及微炎症状态，疗效较好。

A Retrospective Study on the Effect of Bailing Capsule on Microinflammation and Renal Function in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

ABSTRACT Objective: To retrospectively analyze the effect of Bailing capsule on microinflammation and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: From January 2021 to September 2022, the clinical data of 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were retrospectively collected and divided into the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group (56 cases) and the Bailing capsule group (64 cases) according to the treatment methods. The hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group was treated with metformin tablets and rosuvastatin calcium tablets. The bailing capsule group was treated with bailing capsules on the basis of the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group. The curative effect after 3 months of treatment, glucose and lipid metabolism index, micro-inflammatory state and renal function before and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The therapeutic effect of the Bailing capsule group after 3 months was higher than that of the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group(P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, level of serum fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), interleukin-6 (IL-6), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), serum levels of creatinine (SCr), urea nitrogen (BUN) and 24 h urinary albumin (24 h) in both groups UTP) and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) were lower than before treatment, and the Bailing capsule group was lower than the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group(P<0.05). The level of serum interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and that in the Bailing capsule group was higher than that in the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bailing capsule coyld effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism, renal function and microinflammation in patients with diabetic nephropathy, with good curative effect.
