| 摘 要： | 假阿利什菌病是一种由波氏假阿利什菌及其无性世态——尖端赛多孢子菌引起的疾病,该菌是重要的非常难治的条件致病菌,可侵犯人体的多种器官表现为不同的症状,并常引起致死性感染。现就本病的诊断和治疗研究进展作一综述,以供临床参考。

| Abstract: | Scedosporium apiospermum is a significant opportunist with very high level of antifungal-resistance.It can be involved in multi-organic infections,leading to varied disease entities,which of them are fatal.The advances in the diagnosis and therapy of Pseudallescheria boydii syndromes were reviewed here. |
