腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术的护理干预及效果分析

目的分析腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术的护理干预方法及效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年5月我院收治的98例腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予针对性护理干预,观察比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿的下床活动时间、住院时间与术后疼痛水平均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患儿术后牵拉疼痛、尿潴留与切口感染等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术配合针对性护理干预有助于促进病情恢复、预防并发症的发生,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Nursing intervention and effect analysis of laparoscopic hernia surgery in children

Objective To analyze the nursing intervention and effect of laparoscopic hernia care in children.Methods 98 patients with laparoscopic hernia surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected,the randomly divided into experimental group and the control group (n=49).Children with the control group accepted ordinary nursing intervention,the experimental group of children to give corresponding nursing.Comparing the two groups of therapeutic index and complications.Results The time of out of bed,hospitalization time and postoperative pain were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative pain,urinary retention and wound infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was also significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic pediatric hernia surgery with targeted nursing intervention is helpful to promote the recovery of the disease and prevent the occurrence of complications.
