BIS监测下右美托咪啶复合丙泊酚与舒芬太尼在老年患者无痛肠镜中的麻醉效果

目的探讨老年无痛肠镜患者在脑电双频指数(BIS)监测下实施右美托咪定复合丙泊酚与舒芬太尼麻醉的效果。方法选择2014年6月~2016年6月在我院行无痛肠镜检查的老年患者200例为研究对象,按就诊先后顺序将患者分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组患者在BIS监测下给予右美托咪定复合丙泊酚与舒芬太尼麻醉,对照组在BIS监测下给予丙泊酚与舒芬太尼麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果两组患者给药后5min、10min时的平均动脉压、心率均低于入室时,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);观察组给药后5min、10 min平均动脉压、心率下降幅度均大于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者的麻醉起效时间、丙泊酚用量、麻醉苏醒时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在老年无痛肠镜患者的临床检查过程中,在BIS监测下行右美托咪定复合丙泊酚与舒芬太尼麻醉,能获得较好的麻醉效果,值得临床推广。

Anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol and sufentanil in painless colonoscopy under BIS monitoring

Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol and sufentanil anesthesia on bispectral index (BIS) monitoring in elderly patients with painless colonoscopy.Methods In June 2014~2016 year in June in our hospital underwent painless colonoscopy in elderly patients with 200 cases as the research object,according to the order of visiting patients were divided into study group and control group with 100 cases in each group,patients in study group were given dexmedetomidine combined with propofol anesthesia under BIS monitoring,control group BIS and propofol anesthesia in monitoring downstream.Comparison of two groups of anesthesia.Results The two groups after administration of 5 min,10 min,mean arterial pressure,heart rate were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the study group after administration of 5 min,10 min mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate are significantly greater than the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);the onset of anesthesia in two groups of patients,the dosage of propofol,the recovery time comparison,were significantly different (P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions between the study group 0% (0/100),the control group was 4% (4/100),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical examination of painless colonoscopy in elderly patients,the use of dexmedetomidine and propofol combined with sufentanil anesthesia under BIS monitoring can obtain better anesthetic effect,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
