去甲肾上腺素冰生理盐水联合垂体后叶素治疗上消化道出血的疗效观察

目的探讨去甲肾上腺素冰生理盐水口服联合静滴垂体后叶素治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法选择2015年10月~2016年11月我院消化内科住院治疗的上消化道出血患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组应用去甲肾上腺素生理盐水口服治疗,观察组应用去甲肾上腺素冰生理盐水口服联合垂体后叶素静脉用药治疗,并对两组患者的临床止血效果进行比较。结果观察组的止血有效率为96%,对照组为60%(χ~2=18.881,P=0.000),两组止血效果比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论去甲肾上腺素冰生理盐水口服联合静滴垂体后叶素治疗上消化道出血的效果显著,明显优于去甲肾上腺素生理盐水,值得临床应用。

Norepinephrine ice saline joint pituitrin curative effect observation of treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To explore the norepinephrine ice normal saline orally combined static drop pituitrin treatment effect for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Selection in October 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital in the hospital for treatment of digestive diseases,100 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients,randomly divided into two groups,control group of 50 cases using norepinephrine saline oral therapy,observation group of 50 cases application norepinephrine ice normal saline orally combined pituitary evvh intravenous drug treatment,the clinical hemostatic effect of two groups of patients were compared.Results Observation group hemostatic effective rate was 96%,the control group of hemostatic effective rate was 60%,(χ2 =18.881,P =0.000),hemostatic effect of treatment group is significantly higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Norepinephrine ice normal saline orally combined static drop pituitrin is superior to other hemostatic,and reduce portal vein pressure,can achieve good effect.
