锁定钢板与解剖钢板内固定在pilon骨折治疗中的应用比较

目的探讨锁定钢板与解剖钢板内固定在pilon骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的pilon骨折患者91例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组45例和观察组46例。对照组予以解剖钢板内固定治疗,观察组患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,并对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、下地负重时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组的优良率为91.1%,对照组的优良率为64.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗前各项生活质量评分无明显差异(P0.05);治疗后,观察组的生理功能、身体疼痛、总体健康、活力、情感职能、心理健康评分均明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定在pilon骨折治疗中的应用效果优于解剖钢板内固定,值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of locking plate and anatomical plate fixation in the treatment of Pilon fracture

Objective To investigate the effect of locking plate and anatomical plate internal fixation in treating pilon fracture.Methods Select our hospital 91 cases of Pilon fracture patients for statistical analysis,according to the treatment methods are divided into the control group of 45 cases and 46 cases in the observation group,the patients in the control group treated with anatomical plate fixation,the observation group were treated with locking plate fixation for the treatment,observation of two groups of patients with treatment,analysis of clinical control.Results The observation group of patients with operation time,fracture healing time,hospitalization time,weight-bearing time clinical indicators were significantly shorter than the control group,the results have significant difference (P<0.05) the control group;the excellent rate was 64.4%,the total efficiency of the observation group 91.1%,observation group of patients with fracture healing was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);two groups of patients before the quality of life score had no significant difference (P>0.0 5),after treatment,physiological function,body pain,general health,vitality,role emotional and mental health scores were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion locking plate fixation in pilon fracture is superior to the therapeutic effects of anatomic plate internal fixation,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
