纳洛酮与氨茶碱联合治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的疗效分析

目的观察纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的临床效效。方法选择2014年10月~2017年2月我院收治的急性呼吸衰竭患儿97例作为研究对象,按随机数字原则分为对照组和观察组,两组患儿均行常规对症急救措施,在此基础上对照组给予氨茶碱辅助治疗,观察组给予纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗,观察比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的临床疗效明显优于对照组,而且观察组用药后呼吸困难、发绀、节律紊乱发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的临床疗效显著,症状体征改善明显,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Effect of children acute respiratory failure treatment with Naloxone and Aminophylline

Objective To observe the clinical effect for the treatment with Naloxone and Aminophylline on children acute respiratory failure.Methods Choice 97 cases of children acute respiratory failure as the research object,from October 2014 to February 2017 in our hospital,according to the principle of random numbers they was divided into control group and observation group.Conventional emergency measures were taken in both groups.On the basis of treatment,the control group was given Aminophylline;the observation group was given Naloxone and Aminophylline treatment,and compares the clinical therapeutic effect on two groups.Results The patient's clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group,and the difficulty breathing,cyanosis,incidence of rhythm disorders was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Naloxone joint with Aminophylline in the treatment of children acute respiratory failure has a good effect,and the symptoms and signs improved obviously.
