| 摘 要： | 根据锌的耐受量实验,筛选对锌吸收较好酵母为实验菌株。研究培养条件对酵母细胞锌的含量及生物量的影响,提出药用锌酵母扩大培养工艺流程,探讨药用锌酵母中有机锌的形态,锌的吸收率,锌酵母的毒理分析及应用 。

| Abstract: | According to the experiments on the zinc|reistance of yeast,one of which with better zinc|absorption has been selected as the test strain.The effect of cultivation conditions on the zinc content in the yeast cell and the biomass were studied.The processing chart of zinc yeast are made.The organic form of zinc and its absorption rate in the zinc yeast for medical use are discussed.The clinical experiments are analysed. |
