摘    要:微丝骨架是细胞骨架的重要组成部分,它由肌动蛋白和肌动蛋白结合蛋白组成,广泛存在于真核细胞中。近年来,大量研究表明植物花粉及花粉管中存在丰富的微丝骨架。目前,在微丝骨架作为信号转导途径的靶标参与对花粉管极性生长的调控、微丝骨架在花粉和花粉管中的分布及其在花粉管生长过程中与其他信号分子之间的相互作用等方面取得了一系列突破性进展。

Abstract:As the important part of cytoskeleton, microfilament skeleton is composed of actin and actinbinding proteins,and widely exists in eukaryotic cells. In recent years,great numbers of researches show that there exist abundant microfilaments in the pollen and pollen tubes of plants. By now,a series of breakthrough advances have been made in the participation of microfilament skeleton in the regulation of polar growth of pollen tubes as the target of signal transmission,the distribution of mierofilament skeleton in pollens and pollen tubes and the interactions microfilament skeleton with other signal molecules in pollen tube growth.
