摘    要:受体样蛋白激酶及其衍生蛋白(受体样胞内激酶和受体样蛋白)在调控植物生长、发育和不良环境反应等过程中发挥重要作用。该文简要介绍了近年来获得的对植物受体样蛋白激酶及其衍生蛋白的主要认识, 着重总结了小麦(Triticum aestivum)受体样蛋白激酶及其衍生蛋白的研究进展与不足, 并展望了该领域的发展趋势, 对在小麦中进一步有效开展受体样蛋白激酶及其衍生蛋白的结构和功能研究具参考意义。

Abstract:In recent years, an increasing amount of genetic and genomic studies have shown that receptor-like kinases (RLKs) and their derivative proteins—receptor-like cytoplasmic kinases (RLCKs) and receptor-like proteins (RLPs)—play important roles in the development and growth of plants and their responses to adverse environments. This paper (1) reviews briefly the main general findings in the research into plant RLKs and derivative proteins, and (2) discusses in more detail the achievements, limitations and prospects in studies of wheat RLK, RLCK and RLP proteins. The information will be useful for further investigations of the structure and function of RLKs and derivative proteins in wheat.
