花背蟾蜍蝌蚪变态期角膜发育的研究

作者用光镜和电镜研究了花背蟾蜍蝌蚪变态期角膜的发育。在后肢发育晚期,内、外角膜在中央部位首先愈台,在完全变态期角膜完全愈合,此时角膜上皮细胞增殖,上皮基质变为Bowman’s膜,内、外角膜之间的成纤维细胞和由它分泌的胶原纤维形成角膜基质,内角膜细胞形成单层的角膜内皮,它与角膜基质间的Descemet’s膜最晚形成。

A STUDY OF CORNEAL DEVELOPMENT IN BUFO RADDEI LARVAE DURING METAMORPHOSIS

The corneal development of Bufo raddei larvae during metamorphosis was studied through light and electron microscopy. At late developing period of hind-limb, the joining of inner and outer cornea appears first at the centre of cornea, then the joining region extends to periphery. At complete metamorphosis period, the inner and outer cornea combine together into initial mature cornea,When the combination of inner and outer cornea initiated, the cornea consists of five pars: 1) External corneal epithelium begins stratification in 3-4 layers of cells composed, the cells of basal layer are cuboidal and the cells of outer layers are flat, all these cells are closely joined each other. 2) Bowman's membrane is formed by corneal epithelial matrix beneath the epithelium and is acellular structure. It consists of many layers of collagenous fibres being ar- ranged perpendicularly each other. 3) Corneal stroma is composed of 4-5 layers of mutual parallel fibroblasts and lamellae of collagenous fibres. 4) The cells of inner cornea become slender and are linked cach other into a single layer, called corneal endothelium. 5) Lastly, homogeneous Descemet's membrane is formed by the matrix secreted by corneal endothelium. During complete metamorphosis period, corneal epithelium becomes thickened and consists of 4-5 layers of cells. The corneal strom becomes thiner and the endothelial cells vacuolated, duemainly to dehydration of corneal stroma.
