摘    要:本文研究了人工放养池内引起鳗鲡鳃病的寄生虫是秉伪指环虫和鳗鲡伪指环虫。影响秉伪指环虫纤毛幼虫孵化的因素,与温度和寄主粘液密切相关,而与光照可能无关。在实验室里,分别用药物处理带有病原体的鳗苗,表明:用0.3—0.5ppm90%,晶体敌百虫,可达全部杀灭病原体的良好效果,1%氯化钠长期药浴也有显著效果。

Abstract:Two species of the monogenean genus Pseudodactylogyrus, P. bini Gussev, 1965 and P. anguillae Gussev, 1965, are examined in the cultured eels, Anguilla japonica. Hypertrophy and hemorrhages of the gill filaments occur at the point of attachment of parasites causing disturbances in the respiratory function of gills.The form of egg, the structure of the oncomiracidium and adult worm of Pseudodactylogyrus bini are studied. Based on these studies, we are of the opinion that light may not be effective as a hatching stimulant for the egg, whereas temperature and host mucus may act as hatching factors.It the laboratory, the effects of trichlofon, formalin, potassium permanganate and ammonia baths in the medicinal treatments of Pseudodactylogyrus on the eels are studied comparatively. As a result, the 0.3-0.5 ppm long baths of 90% trichlorfon prove to be potentially practical with respect to effectiveness and harmlessness.
