摘    要:简并PCR技术是根据同源蛋白的氨基酸序列扩增到同源基因的核苷酸序列,具有独特的优点。成功进行简并PCR的关键是设计好两组引物库和对反应条件进行优化。由于简并PCR自身的特点,在新基因的克隆、基因表达检测、病毒检测和基因组研究中有其广泛而独特的应用。

Abstract:s?: The advantage of degenerate PCR is that the nucleotide sequences of genes are obtained by amplifying according to the amino acid sequences of its homologous protein. The optimization of reaction conditions and the primer design are the key factors for the success accomplishment of degenerate PCR. The approach was widely and particularly applied in the cloning of novel genes, the analysis of gene expression, the inspection of virus and the study of genomics.
