| Abstract: | By conformational analysis and circular dichroism the structure of peptide hormone secretin and its shortened N-terminal fragments in different solvents (water, aqueous solutions of alpha-L-phosphatidic acid and sodium dodecyl sulfate) have been studied. The results obtained by the two methods are compared. |
