| Abstract: | A novel series of potent dual agonists of PPARalpha and PPARgamma, the alkoxybenzylglycines, was identified and explored using a solution-phase library approach. The synthesis and structure-activity relationships of this series of dual PPARalpha/gamma agonists are described. |
