摘    要:尿黑酸植基转移酶(HPT)是天然维生素E合成途径中的关键酶,拟南芥中编码HPT的基因HPT1转入油菜种子特异表达后得到转基因油菜。初步的检测发现,其种子中的维生素E含量有所提高。

Abstract:The committed step in vitamin E biosynthesis was catalyzed by the homogentisate phytyltransferase (HPT).HPT1 which encoded HPT in Arabidopsis thaliana was specifically expressing in the seeds of Brassica napus L..Primary results showed that vitamine E content was higher in transgenic B.napus than that in the control.
