| Abstract: | Mucor rouxianus produced two forms (isoenzymes) of glucoamylase which could be separated from each other by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis or by chromatography on SP-Sephadex C-50, and they were designated glucoamylase I and glucoamylase II.
