| Abstract: | Method of analysing a microquantity of ipomcamarone was established by silica gel chromatostrip technique for its separation and the subsequent colorimetric determination of the 2.4-dinitrophenylhydrazone in alkaline condition. Preliminary analysis of ipomeamarone based on this method was carried out for sweet potato roots infected by the black rot during ninety six hours period. |
