Utilization of 13C-13C Coupling in Structural and Biosynthetic Studies Double Labeling Method |

| Abstract: | A new method which utilizes 13C-13C coupling for structural and biosynthetic studies on acetate-derived metabolites is described. The 13C-NMR spectra of dihydrolatumcidins separately labeled with 13CH313C02Na and with a 1: 1 mixture of 13CH3CO2-Na and CH313C02-Na gave enough information to establish its structure. |
