| Abstract: | By selected microorganisms dl-carvomenthyl acetate, dl-isocarvomenthyl acetate and dl-neo isocarvomenthyl acetate were asymmetrically hydrolyzed to l-carvomenthol with d-carvomenthyl acetate, l-isocarvomenthol with d-isocarvomenthyl acetate and d-neo isocarvomenthol with l-neo isocarvomenthyl acetate respectively; dl-neo carvomenthyl acetate was not hydrolyzed. |
