| Abstract: | It is possible to determine the sequence of a dipeptide containing glutamic acid as a constituent and also to decide whether the glutamyl bond is α or γ when glutamic acid is the N-terminal component by measuring the NMR spectra of the peptide in acidic, aqueous and basic solutions. |
