220例植物状态患者早期电生理与预后的相关性

目的：观察植物状态患者早期电生理检查脑干听觉诱发电位、体感诱发电位反应与后期意识是否恢复和预后的相关性。方法：对入院220例的植物状态患者分别在患病三个月内进行早期的脑干听觉诱发电位和体感诱发电位检查，每项电生理检查结果进行量化分级评分，并采用Glasgow结局量表（GOS）分别评价植物状态在一年时的意识状态和转归情况，出院的患者进行随访问卷调查，了解其预后情况。结果：植物状态患者早期脑干听觉诱发电位和体感诱发电位的不同表现与预后存在显著差异（P〈0．05），表现越好，其预后就越好。脑干听觉诱发电位和体感诱发电位与植物状态患者意识恢复存在明显相关性（P〈0．05）。结论：脑干听觉诱发电位和体感诱发电位可作为早期评价植物状态患者意识转归和预后的重要工具。

The Relation of Early Electrophysiology with Prognosis in 220 Vegetative State Patients

Objective： To observe the relation of early electrophysiology BAEP and SEP with consciousness, prognosis. Methods： 220 vegetative state patients in hospital were examined for BAEP and SEP within three months, and were scored in according to electro- physiology results, then consciousness and outcome of patients were assessed after one year according to Glasgow outcome scale（GOS）, out-patients were investigated by answering some questions to know their outcome. Results： There was significant difference in early BAEP and SEP with outcome （P〈0.05）. With the better BAEP and SEP, the prognosis was better. There was also significant difference in early BAEP and SEP with later consciousness （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： BAEP and SEP can be one important tool for assessing the con- sciousness and prognosis of early vegetative state patients.
