纤维支气管镜刷插入取材法在肺癌诊断中的应用价值探讨

目的：探讨纤维支气管镜刷插入取材法在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法：选择2006年6月至2011年6月入住我院肿瘤科的178例肺癌患者为研究对象，将所有研究对象随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各有患者89例，观察组患者采用纤维支气管镜刷插入组织中取材法进行肺癌的诊断，对照组患者采用纤维支气管镜刷常规刷检取材法进行肺癌的诊断。结果：经X。检验发现，观察组患者肺癌的检出率为89．9％，显著性高于对照组患者肺癌的检出率（76．4％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组不同类型肺癌患者的检出构成比与对照组不同类型肺癌患者的检出构成比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：纤维支气管镜刷插入取材法可以提高肺癌患者的检出率，在肺癌诊断上具有较高的应用价值。

Clinical Value of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopic insert based method on Cytological Diagnosis for Lung Cancer

Objective： To discuss the clinical value of fiberoptic bronchoscopic insert based method on cytological diagnosis for lung cancer. Methods： 178 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital fi＇om June 2006 to June 2006 were chosen as the research object, and all subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 89 cases of patients. The patients in the observation group adopt fiberoptic bronchoscopic insert based method on cytological diagnosis for lung cancer and the patients in the con- trol group adopt fiberoptic bronchoscopic conventional based method. Results： The lung cancer detection rate of patients in the observa- tion group was 89.9%, significantly higher than the lung cancer detection rate of patients in the control group （76.4%） （P〈0.05）. The con- stituent ratio of different types of lung cancer in the observation group had no significantly difference with the constituent ratio in the con- trol group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The fiberoptic bronchoscopic insert based method can improve the detection rate of lung cancer patients and was worthy being applied in diagnosis of lung cancer.
