DNA液晶膜的结构与压电性研究

摘    要:本文报导了在正交偏振片下观察DNA液晶膜的偏光显微图像,以及用小角激光光散射技术测定该膜的光散射,结果表明;液晶膜内聚核苷酸分子聚集形成棒状分子簇,其最大极化率方向倾斜于棒轴.在这种极化状态下,可测量到DNA膜对单轴机械应力的电压响应,压缩时,具有正的电信号,伸长时,具有负的电信号.


A STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE AND PIEZOELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF THE LIQUID CRYSTAL FILM OF DNA
Abstract:The polarizing micrograph of the liquid crystal film of DNA is observed under crossed polariods and Hv scattering pattern is tested by means of the small-angle laser light scattering. The results show that the molecules of this polynucleotide in the film aggregate to form rod-like assemblies(molecular clusters) , in which the maximum polarizability directions are tilted to thier(long) rods axes. In this state of polarization, the oriented film of DNA reacts to uniaxial mechanical stress with measurable voltages. In the case of compression,they have a positive electric sign, in the case of dilatation, a negative.
