| 摘 要： | 本文应用植物激素间接酶联免疫技术（ＥＬＩＳＡ），第一次定量检测了嫁接植株形成过程中生长素（ＩＡＡ）的动态变化。结果表明：嫁接植株发育的前期，亲和性与非亲和性组合其ＩＡＡ含量的变化相似。在后期，不亲和组合ＩＡＡ含量急骤减少，而亲和性的组合在第八天即维管束桥分化形成的这一天，可见到ＩＡＡ高峰值的出现。

| Abstract: | The dynamic changes of plant hormone(LAA) were monitored by using ELISA technolo-gy during the formation of graft union. The changes of IAA in the compatible graft are comparable to the incompatible graft at the early atages of development of graft union, Dlfferring from de-creasing rapidly in the incompatible graft, the curves of IAA showed a peak at the 8th day after grafting when the vascular bridges formed in the compatible graft. |
