大孔树脂分离纯化蛹虫草深层发酵液中虫草素的工艺研究

摘    要:通过比较10种不同大孔树脂吸附蛹虫草深层发酵液中虫草素的性能,筛选出合适的大孔树脂H103,并对大孔树脂H103的吸附和解吸条件进行了考察。实验结果表明,上样吸附前调节pH值为9,上样浓度为0.2mg·mL^-1,吸附流速为2BV·h^-1时,大孔树脂H103对蛹虫草深层发酵液中的虫草素有良好的吸附性能;解吸时先用去离子水洗去部分杂质,再用40%的乙醇对虫草素进行洗脱,可以得到较好的效果。

Abstract:Ten kinds of macroporous resins were compared for separating cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris in order to select the suitable resin, and the resin of H103 was chosen as the best one. Then the adsorption conditions and elution conditions of cordycepin by using H103 were investegated. The results showed that when pH value was 9.0, concentration of sample was 0. 2 mg· mL^-1 and the flow rat was 2 BV · h^-1, the H103 resin had good adsorption solution capacity. As a better result, the cordycepin could be eluted from H103 resin with 40% ethanol.
