| 摘 要： | 转基因研究工作开展十几年来，成就斐然。转基因鸡的研究策略论述了生产转基因鸡的几种方法和鸡的基因组操作研究进展，并详细地阐述了转基因鸡胚胎的体外培养技术。指出：转基因鸡投入生产以前必须查明其表型改变对生态平衡的影响。

| Abstract: | The work has made very much achievment on transgenic study in more than a decade. This article elaborates various methods of transgenic chicken and some progress of genome operation. Meanwhile we discussed the culture technigue of chicken embryo in vitro. To point out, we must detect the effect of phenotype transformation on ecological balance before the transgenic chicken will be carried on production. |
