珞珈山东亚三角头涡虫群体遗传多样性贫乏的RAPD证据

摘    要:无脊椎动物是在生物多样性中占优势的类群,生物多样性研究还未受人们重视。遗传多样性研究是生物多样性研究的重要方面,采用RAPD技术分析了取样于武汉大学珞珈山的一个东亚三角头涡虫群体,该群体多态位点比例为11.3%,遗传相似度0.9505~1.0000,平均遗传相似度为0.9784,Shannon多样性指数为0.180,UPGMA聚类分析显示该群体分为两个大的分支,各项参数显示该群体的遗传多样性贫乏。根据RAPD分析结果,该东亚三角头涡虫群体遗传多样性贫乏与其周围生境退化有关,也可能与东亚三角头涡虫具有无性生殖和有性生殖这一独特的繁殖方式相关。

Abstract:The importance of biodiversity study on invertebrates, a dominate groups on the earth, is still not paid enough attention by researchers. Genetic diversity study is one of the important aspects of biodiversity study. A population of D. japonica was analysed by using RAPD technique. The proportion of polymorphic loci(P) was 11.3%, genetic similarity of individuals was 0.9505-1.0000, mean of which was 0.9784. Index of genetic diversity(H) in the D. japonica population was 0.180. The UPGMA analysis demonstrated that the population could be divided into two groups. Based on above data, RAPD analysis demonstrated that the genetic diversity of D. japonica population in the Luojia Mountain was poor. The poorness of genetic diversity in the D. japonica population is concerned with the degeneration of the living environment and the manner of reproduction that D. japonica could reproduce sexually and asexually may also contribute to the poorness of genetic diversity.
