| Abstract: | We isolated a plant homologue of Tcp-1 (t complex polypeptide 1) cDNA from Arabidopsis thaliana. It encodes a 545-amino acid (aa) protein, which has extensive aa and nucleotide sequence homology to the corresponding proteins of mouse, yeast, fruit fly and archaebacteria. |
