| 摘 要： | DNA的提取是分子生物学的常规操作,美国Promega公司推出的Magic/Wizard试剂盒大大简化了这一繁琐、费时的工作，但试剂盒一次性使用的价格使多数国内实验室难以承受，摸索出一种简单的试剂盒再利用的方法，使再生试剂盒的纯化效果与原装试剂盒无显著差别，在方便了研究工作的同时也大大降低了实验成本.

| Abstract: | DNA purification is commonly used in molecular biology procedures. Promega's Magic/Wizard DNA purification systems make this laborious and time-consuming work easy, but most laboratories in developing countries can not afford the price of this disposable kit. A simple method to recycle the kit was successfully developed. The performance of recycled kit shows no significant difference compared with the original one. The method makes this powerful tools acceptable to most laboratories. |
