| Abstract: | By the use of native and radioactively labelled streptokinase its distribution and elimination were determined in rabbits and compared to the course of the fibrinolytic action. Particularities of the pharmacokinetics of the activator of fibrinolysis were studied and related to the therapeutic effect. |
