从菌群失调与泄泻的关系论中医的同病异治

Discussion on "treating the same disease with different therapies" based on the correlation between flora imbalance and diarrhea

The theory of "treating the same disease with different therapies" is one of the important treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), which emphasizes the differences among various TCM syndromes. As an important part of human metabolism and immunity, intestinal flora exerts a significant role in the formation of TCM syndromes. Different TCM syndromes of the same disease must have different characteristics of intestinal flora. Diarrhea, a common gastrointestinal disease, is closely related to dysbacteriosis. Understanding the theory based on the relationship between dysbacteriosis and diarrhea will fully demonstrate the integrity and innovation of TCM. This paper discusses the connotation of dysbacteriosis, correlation between dysbacteriosis and diarrhea, differences in flora imbalance caused by different causes of diarrhea, and application of the theory of Treating the same disease with different therapies in the treatment of dysbacteriosis. It is hoped that the connotation of the theory will be preliminarily clarified from the perspective of intestinal flora, which will further promote the application of the theory of treating the same disease with different therapies in the treatment of diseases related to dysbacteriosis.
