摘    要:

随着微生物组测序技术的发展, 哺乳动物肠道内复杂的微生物群落组成逐渐被人们所了解。越来越多的证据表明哺乳动物结肠肠道微生物组成变化是影响宿主健康的主要因素, 而结肠肠道菌群失调通常伴随着变形菌门丰度的升高。变形菌门是胃肠道中一类适应性强、具有潜在致病性的常见菌, 其丰度变化可直接对宿主健康产生影响。本文就哺乳动物结肠肠道菌群失调过程中变形菌门丰度升高的微生物特征进行综述, 旨在深入了解结肠肠道菌群失调过程中变形菌门丰度变化的驱动因素, 以期为哺乳动物肠道菌群失调相关疾病的诊治提供新思路。

Abstract:With the development of microbiome sequencing technology, the composition of the complex microbial community in the mammalian intestine is gradually being understood. More and more evidences have shown that the changes of intestinal microbial composition in mammals are important factors affecting host health, and the imbalance of colonic intestinal flora is usually accompanied by the increase of Proteobacteria abundance. Proteobacteria is a kind of common bacteria with strong adaptability and potential pathogenicity in the gastrointestinal tract, and changes of its abundance can directly affect the health of the host. In this review, we reviewed the microbial characteristics of the increased abundance of Proteobacteria in the process of mammalian colonic intestinal flora imbalance, so as to understand the driving factors of Proteobacteria abundance in the process of intestinal dysbacteriosis in mammals, and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to intestinal dysbacteriosis in mammals.
