几丁质酶及其研究进展

本文从几丁质酶的分布、发育调节、可诱导性、分子生物学及抗病基因工程等方面近年来的进展进行了综合论述，并对其进一步的应用提出展望。

Advances in Plant Chitinase Research

In this paper,we reviewed advances in research of plant chitinase from following aspects:distribution,classification,developmental regulation,induction,molecular biology and genetic engineering of plant disease resistance,etc..We can see that chitinase can be found every where in plant when it is attacked by pathogens,especially fungi.We considered that plant chitinase is one of the most attractive genes in fungal disease resistance,however,it have to be modified to adapt plant for such an aim.
