| 摘 要： | 以高等植物为对象，首先从ｎＤＮＡ、ｃｐＤＮＡ、ｍｔＤＮＡ三方面对植物分子分类与鉴定的分子基础进行综述，然后阐述ＲＦＬＰ、ＲＡＰＤ、ＡＦＬＰ及ＳＳＲ等分子分类方法的特点及应用。
