摘    要:能催化卤代反应的卤化酶,因其具有高效、选择性好、反应条件温和的特点受到广泛关注。其中色氨酸卤化酶是研究最多的一类酶,它的特点是可以有选择性地卤化色氨酸,主要包括氯化和溴化。而卤代化合物具有多种生物活性,在医药、化工等领域有着广泛的应用。本文主要介绍了色氨酸卤化酶的来源和种类,酶学性质及其异源表达的研究现状;重点阐述了其结构和功能之间的相互关系及催化机理;并对色氨酸卤化酶的应用以及未来发展方向进行了展望,以期为色氨酸卤化酶的开发应用提供参考。

Abstract:Halogenase that can catalyze halogenation reactions has attracted wide attention because of its high efficiency, good selectivity, and mild reaction conditions. Among them, tryptophan halogenase is the most studied enzyme, which is characterized by selective halogenation of tryptophan, including chlorination and bromination. Yet halogenated compounds have a variety of biological activities and are widely applied in medicine, chemical industry and other fields. This paper mainly introduced the sources, types, enzymatic properties, and heterologous expression of tryptophan halogenase; emphasizing on the relationship between its structure and function as well as its catalytic mechanism. The application and future development direction of tryptophan halogenase are outlooked so as to provide references for the development and the application of tryptophan halogenase.
