| 摘 要： | 以石油醚为溶剂,采用索氏抽提法提取破壁马尾松花粉中的粗脂肪,进行甲酯化处理,并用GC-MS技术对脂肪酸甲酯进行分离鉴定,共鉴定出11种脂肪酸;测定其相对含量,不饱和脂肪酸相对含量高达73.14%,其中亚油酸相对含量最高,达36.53%.

| Abstract: | The rough fat in Sporoderm-broken Pollen of Pinus massoniana was abstracted by Soxhlet extraction method with petroleum solvent. After methylation,the fatty acids were analyzed by GC-MS.Eleven fatty acids were identified and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of peak area.The results exhibited that the content of unsaturated fatty acids reached up to 73.14 %,and linoleic acid content is the highest,accounted for 36.53 %. |
