艾灸足三里对人体上腹部红外热像的影响：随机对照交叉实验

通过交叉对照实验观察艾灸足三里对人体上腹部红外热像的影响以研究经穴的特异性。受试者为健康男性学生,共31人,平均年龄（23．7±1．7）岁。对受试者左右两侧的足三里或对照非穴点进行直接温和艾灸15min,在艾灸前、艾灸后即刻以及艾灸后120min内每隔40min进行红外热像观察。研究发现在艾灸后即刻,足三里组与对照非穴点组的上腹中部与右侧的温度差改变量存在组间统计学差异,该现象与艾灸足三里对人体的保健作用之间的关系值得进一步研究。

Influences of Moxibustion on Zusanli(ST 36) on the Infrared Thermal Images of the Epigastric Zone of Human Body: A Randomized Controlled Cross-over Triai

The influences of moxibustion on Zusanli （ ST 36 ） on the infrared thermal images of the epigastric zone of human body were studied by a randomized controlled cross-over trial to explore the specificity of the acupoints. Altogether 31 healthy male university students with mean age of （23.7±1.7） year were enrolled as subjects. Direct, gentle moxibustion was applied on Zusanli or a non-meridian control point of both legs for 15 min. Infrared thermal images were taken before the moxibustion, immediate after the moxibustion and every 40 min till 120 min after the moxibustion. The results showed that immediate after the moxibustion, there was significant difference between the Zusanli group and nonmeridian control point group regarding the change of the temperature difference between the middle and right side of the epigastric zone. The relation between this phenomenon and the health function of moxibustion on Zusanli deserves further study.
