Abstract:	The $in vitro$ synthesis of ribosomal protein L10 has been demonstrated using λrif^d18 DNA as template. The L10 synthesized $in vitro$ forms a complex with ribosomal protein L12 and the L10 in this complex can be immunoprecipitated with L12 antiserum.
