| Abstract: | A method for separating small amounts (<10?5 mol) of bovine fibrinopeptides A and B employing high performance liquid chromatography has been developed. The limit of detectability of this method is about 10?10 mol of fibrinopeptide. The separation was achieved within 20 min under reversed phase conditions using isocratic elution with aqueous buffer-acetonitrile solvent systems. |
