绵羊日粮CEC值与其纤维物质消化特性研究

摘    要:采用12头绵羊作为试验动物,随机分成4组,研究了以稻秆、小麦秸、玉米秸和花生藤4种不同的阳离子交换量(CEC值)的粗饲料为主的绵羊日粮对纤维物质消化动力学参数的影响。结果表明:日粮CEC值与粗蛋白(CP)呈极显著正相关(r=0.748),与中性洗涤纤维(NDF)呈极显著负相关(r=-0.519),而与酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)(r=-0.460)和纤维素(CEL)(r=-0.465)呈显著负相关,与其它化学成分没有相关性。随着日粮CEC值升高,各种营养物质在绵羊十二指肠和直肠中的流通量呈逐渐下降的趋势,而绵羊瘤胃降解率和消化道中各部位的消化率却呈上升的趋势。

Abstract:Twelve sheep with permanent rumen and duodenum cannula were chosen as experiment animals and were in a randomized design divided into four groups to study the effect of the CEC values in the roughage feedstuff diet including rice straw, wheat straw, maize stover and peanut vine on the digestion kinetics, the fermentation and degradation of fibre in the forestomach intestines tract and the parameters in the rumen inner environment in sheep. The results showed a significant positive correlation between CEC value in the diet and its content of crude protein (CP) ( r =0.748). Negative correlation was also noted between CEC value and the content of NDF ( r =-0.519), between CEC value and the content of ADF ( r =-0.460) and of CEL ( r =-0.465).With the increasing of CEC value, the flow of nutrients in the duodenum and rectum tract was found decreased.The digestion rate of nutrients in the digestion tract in sheep and the degradation rate of nutrients was found increased.
