| 摘 要： | 分别采用热水法、低级醇法和酶法从沈农一号马齿苋中提取有效成分多糖并测定其含量。结果表明,酶法的浸提效果要优于热水法和低级醇法,提取率提高约10%。本实验首次运用纤维素酶辅助提取马齿苋多糖,收率提高。

| Abstract: | The different extaction methods of polysaccharide,hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation method,ether soak method and enzyme hydrolysis were compared.Enzyme extraction was better than other methods,furthermore,the average polysaccharide content of portulace was more than 10%. |
