Abstract: | Three cases of cutis aplasia are presented. The defects involved include full-thickness defects of scalp and cranium as well as full-thickness skin defects of the abdomen and thigh. All patients were treated conservatively with the use of Silvadene cream dressings. Healing was obtained in all patients. |
